Absolute Consulting is capable of providing all aspects of the industry-approved training process including analysis of specific jobs and tasks, root cause and other diagnostic investigations, development of training and exam materials, and classroom, laboratory and simulator instruction for all station disciplines.

Comanche Peak Nuclear Station – provided material developers and classroom instructors to support Maintenance and Chemistry.

Florida Power & Light – during update of plant operating systems at Turkey Point and St. Lucie, Absolute Consulting acted as the training coordinator performing such tasks as assessing the training needs of the Operations, Maintenance and Engineering Departments and making sure proper training procedures, funds and schedules were developed and implemented.

Absolute Consulting also provided licensed operation and maintenance instructors for the “Return to Excellence” projects at the two plants.  Instructors modified teaching materials and more than 200 lesson plans.  Additionally, the company provided technical support for the client’s digital upgrade project which involved the creation, programming and testing of a lab view input simulator.

Ginna Nuclear Station – provided staff to develop teaching materials, write exams and teach license classes for the license renewal project.

Hope Creek Nuclear Station – provided material developers, exam writers and classroom instructors for the station’s license classes.

Point Beach Nuclear Power Plant – revised teaching materials for operator training covered in the license renewal upgrade project.

Waterford 3 Nuclear Station – provided material developers and classroom instructors to support Operations, Maintenance, Radiation Protection and Chemistry.
