Absolute Consulting has been involved with various power plant projects that focused on ensuring quality control. Some projects were quite extensive while others were simple yet vital to quality operation. For example, Absolute Consulting provides the following services:
- Quality supply chain assessment, inspection, evaluation and remediation guidance for some 500,000 piece parts of safety related components and materials. The Absolute Consulting project team supplied the materials for site projects and provided training support. With the right cooperation and support, the project was accomplished on time and within budget.
- Quality assurance (QA) management and engineering; established decommissioning QA oversight program, performed audits, surveillance, inspection and due diligence to ensured maintenance of regulatory and project contractual needs. Supported radioactive waste shipping a radiation protection programs and assisted in license termination and program reduction plans to include transition from 10CFR50 to 10CFR72.
- Plant and project modification and maintenance projects during refueling outages.
- Quality assurance oversight for the dry fuel storage projects; developed and executed thye project QA plans; performed surveillance’s and audits of national and international supplies.
