For United States Gypsum Corporation (USG), we assisted in the creation of centralized materials warehouses at 20 manufacturing facilities of the corporation. The main goal of the project that covered a three-year period was to gain systematic parts control for a safe and continuous operation. Services provided include:

- provided materials control teams that collected, identified, transported and recorded relevant information into each plant’s management database
- ensured the efficient operation of the plant during the data collection phase
