Absolute Consulting offers various benefits to employees, both corporate staff and field professionals. While new corporate staff members must complete a three-month introductory period before becoming eligible for benefits, employees on assignment in the field are immediately eligible.
Absolute Consulting is happy to provide employees with the opportunity to invest pre-tax and/or post-tax dollars toward their retirement through the Absolute Consulting 401(k) and Roth 401(k) plan. John Hancock Financial Services is the company’s retirement plan provider. They are known for their clear and simply written communications and, we feel, their investment choices equal the best available. John Hancock has a well-developed enrollment kit that will make it easy for you to make important choices about your retirement savings.
The company also offers employees the chance to enroll in a group supplemental health program provided by Aflac. This program, while not meant to take the place of a traditional health care program, provides some financial support by helping with deductibles and other expenses not generally covered in traditional policies. In addition, a supplemental policy, such as Aflac, can provide a “safety net” for employees and family members without traditional health insurance should an unexpected accident or health incident occur that might prevent an employee from working. Benefit dollars from individual Aflac claims are paid directly to the insured. The Aflac program is completely voluntary, totally portable, and handled through payroll deductions. Several core policies have been selected employee consideration, for example, accident, cancer, short-term disability, hospital confinement and specific health events such as heart attack and stroke.
Absolute Consulting corporate office observes the following eight regular holidays each year: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and either the day before or the day after Christmas, as appropriate in any given year.
