What do you do at Absolute Consulting?

As Business Development Director, I assist with establishing and supporting company-wide goals and objectives.  In addition, I provide technical and consulting support to new and current clients in Operations, Maintenance, Procedures, Corrective Action and Licensing, my areas of expertise.  Also, I perform assessments of utility processes and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory and industry best practices and provide technical assistance to clients in support of process improvement and corrective action programs.

What was your first paying job?

Working in my family’s retail business.

List/describe the person you most admire:

My grandfather, Carl Scott, who owned and operated several retail business. Many of those businesses are still operating, after over 60 years. My grandfather taught very good business principles and work ethics.

What trait did you inherit from your mom or dad?

Perseverance
