We at Absolute Consulting are committed to serving the needs of our two major customers: the utility/client managers who request our services and the people with the expertise to deliver those services. We believe that our success is dependent on our ability to meet the unique needs of both of these customers. And, to accomplish this, we feel strongly that respect, one of our core values, is the key to making this happen.

An example of the high level of respect we give to our client-customers is the way we strive to understand their business. This means we recognize the pressure they’re under to accomplish tasks and projects in a timely and cost effective manner, with an eye to quality. However, the respect we extend to them does not stop there; we make it a habit to go the extra mile.

At Absolute Consulting, we understand that client-customers have many responsibilities and handle a variety of assignments and projects, that’s one of the reasons we provide a support staff ready to assist them from proposal preparation and resume submission to project closeout.

We also acknowledge the vital role of the purchasing and accounting departments, notably in controlling operational costs. We do our best to make this work easier by providing assistance with proposals, and invoices and reports, as appropriate.

Related to our employees and field professionals, we recognize the value of family and their interest or desire to work in a particular geographic area. For this reason, we search for employment opportunities that fit a candidate’s specific needs.

The people that make up Absolute Consulting have extensive educational backgrounds, training, and work experiences to enable us to understand the unique requirements of companies involved in the energy industry and other industries we serve. Our people know what types of skills are involved in efficiently running these businesses, the plants that exist, and those that are in the works, as well as the processes. In other words, many of us “have been there,” having performed many of the tasks our client-customers face.
