
Bobbi Davis, Vice President, Business Development
What is your background?
As Vice President, Business Development, I am involved in almost all aspects of company growth and development. My area of expertise includes working with new and current clients and supporting business in both the nuclear and non-nuclear segments of work.
In the 1980s and early 1990s, I worked in the outage management group during the startup of TVA’s Sequoyah Nuclear Plant and was a key executive in the startup and growth of Onsite Engineering. I have significant management experience at the University of Georgia as Executive Director for the RFB&D and as District Manager for American Red Cross Blood Services. I have a BS degree from the University of Tennessee.
What was your first paying job?
My first job was working for my dad. He was the owner of a Sunoco Service Station next to the entrance of Tennessee Eastman, a large chemical company. He serviced employee and company vehicles and my job was to pump gas, change oil, and wash and deliver cars and trucks.
What trait did you inherit from your mom or dad?
Both my parents are pretty competitive so I guess there was not much chance I would be anything but! My Dad’s says: “Don’t even get on the bus if you don’t intend to give it all you’ve got when you get there.”

What is your guilty pleasure?
Sitting on the beach by myself with a good book and just sitting and reading or just sitting… To quote Henry David Thoreau “Sometimes I sits and thinks and sometimes I just sits…”
